What does Christmas mean to you?

COMMENT:

It means 3 months of irritating consumerism and tacky christmas songs. I'd quite happily go live somewhere else for those 3 months. Even if I were a christian, Jesus wasn't even born on the 25th so there's really nothing to celebrate.

Also, being kind and good to others shouldn't be something that's practiced exclusively at christmas. There are 364 other days that are just as important as each other.

Should file-sharers be cut off?

COMMENT:

If you commit a crime then you should be punished. This I agree with and that includes people who illegally share files.

However, we already have a police force whose job it is to enforce the law. It is fundamentally wrong to expect ISPs to police their customers. You wouldn't expect the highways agency to enforce speed limits.
