The government encourages mothers to return back to work. Why isn't here any infrastructure put in place for this to take place, as most of my local nurseries don't open until 8.30pm and close 5pm,but most working hours are 9-6pm as well as the cost of most nurseries £1300 pm (which is an average monthly salary for an average worker) and as married couple not elligible to working tax credits?
