How can Shirley Williams say that most MPs are trustworthy? Thats utter rubbish! The majority of MPs (including Shirley herself) voted to break the promise made to us before the last general election to give us a vote on the Lisbon Treaty/E.U constitution. If M.Ps do work hard I want to know who they are working hard for. Its certainly not for us.

If as Hoon/Williams/Warsi say 'Parliament must be cleaned up' and believed it, then they must accept that a deep clean is required. Vote for no one currently in the HoC.

The sweet irony, George Galloway going on about free thought when every utterance that the man makes is based on an alien ideology, alien to western democracy and western secular free thought.

Iam genuinely sad that Ian Gibson can not continue to serve people of Norwich. Iam a Medical Doctor, and I know to some degree the efforts of Ian Gibson in championing the good cause of cancer patients through events such as the uk colorectal cancer concensus meetings'

The thing stopping ordinary people standing in elections is not the perks and huge pay of the job. It is that most people can't afford to stand and risk loosing their deposit. Why should poor candidates be barred whilst those with money and no support get cheap publicity? 100 signatures of support should be all that is needed to stand not money!!!!!!
