समरथ को नहीं दोष गुसाईं.जो समर्थ हैं वे कानून की धाराओं और पेचीदगियों का दुरूपयोग करते रहे हैं.जब मिडिया,न्यायलय और सामाजिक कर्यकर्ता इस पर मुखर होते हैं तब गलती सुधारने का नाटक किया जाता है.लेकिन जिसे गिरफ्तार क्र पुलीस थाने ले जाती है उसकी मनः स्थिति क्या होती है,यह पीड़ित पक्ष ही जानता है.अगर किसी को कुछ लिखने के लिए रात भर थाने में बिताना पड़े तो वह फिर लीखने से तौबा कर लेगा.हम पत्रकार तो इसके अभ्यस्त रहे हैं,इसलिए हमें कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा.कलम पर बंदिश,लोक तन्त्र पर बंदिश है.
